Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver within the UK, EU and worldwide. Anywhere there is a registered postal address, we deliver. We do not deliver to China.
What is the standard delivery charge?
There is no standard delivery charge as the price depends on the weight of product purchased and the shipping address entered. London - Flat rate is approx £6.09 UK - Flat rate is approx £7.09 Europe - Flat rate is approx £15 Worldwide- Free for orders over £150, Flat rate is £20.
Do you have a Free Delivery option?
This automatically applies for orders over a certain amount. Please read our Terms and Conditions for more detail.
How long does it take to receive my order?
The Standard delivery is 3 to 4 days in UK as if we don't have it in stock we are making it before shipping out. For other countries, it would depend on the local postal services of that country.
How do I purchase online?
1. Select your chosen items and ADD TO BASKET 2. View your basket to confirm items and the amount to pay. If you make a change using the plus and minus buttons, remember to UPDATE BASKET if there was a change to your order. 3. Proceed to checkout and fill in your details (name, billing and delivery address). 4. The total amount to pay, will be displayed once your postcode has been entered. 5. Remember to read our Terms and Conditions and tick the box.
How do I make a payment?
You make a payment via Debit/Credit card, PayPal or a Bank Deposit. Our website has the SSL Certificate or padlock icon making it safe to make online payments.
Are your products in stores?
Yes, we in a few pharmacies and health stores however our full stockists details are on our Contact Us page Please call the individual store to be sure that they have our products in stock. If not, pop into our shop in Brixton Village.
Do you accept large orders for Corporate events?
Yes we do. Please email us to discuss further. Email info@shimirose.com.
What is your Returns Policy?
We do accept returns, if the product has not been opened and the labelling is in good condition. We do not refund the postage fee.
What ingredients are in your products?
Our Shea Butter products are absolutely natural therefore safe for everyone to use but if unsure please consult a doctor. Full ingredients are in the description of each product and also on the product labels.
Will you have more variety in the future?

Do you have a Cosmetic Product Safety Report?
Yes we do. Our Cosmetic Product Safety Reports (CPSR) is compliant to Annex I of the EU Regulation EC1223/2009. The CPSR is a legal requirement in support of selling Shimirose products.
