This is a brilliantly effective product, with a very subtle almond/rose scent.
I have very dry skin and I’ve probably tried around 200 different moisturising products in my time! I never thought much about what was in them but caught sight of the ingredients in a product on my dresser one day; and was alarmed by how long the list was, and how little of it I understood. l decided to try some natural products and made the switch to shea butter on the recommendation of friends and family…and I’ve never looked back! I’ve been using Shimi Rose moisturisers exclusively for a year now, and whilst it took me a couple of days to get used to having to warm them up in my hands first, I actually really enjoy that part now. I’m also sure that rubbing it in has been great for my circulation…and it’s even better if you have someone to rub it in for you!
I’m now a bit of a shea butter evangelist, and have converted quite a few friends and relatives – from babies, to young ladies in their 80s! It’s really great stuff and I can’t recommend it enough.
